If something looks wrong in MesoLive (no quotes, stale accounts, missing signals), start here: the Agent is the bridge between your broker and MesoLive.
Signals
Signals in MesoLive are typically evaluated server-side on a periodic timer and surfaced in the Portal UI. If signals are missing or stale, the root cause is usually data availability or rule context differences vs MesoSim.
Events
The Events page is an audit/log view of operator actions and system-side updates (orders, executions, tracking, and corrections).
Data Explorer
The Data Explorer page is a troubleshooting tool to inspect the most recent market data MesoLive has received for a specific contract.
Access
If you can’t access the Portal features (or you’re redirected to an error page), the issue is usually subscription entitlement or setup.
